When our cat needed attention and our (now former) Vet clinic was closed, Dr. Baitman agreed to see us. He stayed long past their closing time examining our cat, and discussing his condition with us. We've met most, perhaps all, of the staff at subsequent appointments, and give high marks to everyone for being caring and compassionate professionals, not only to our cat but to us. Even on the most frigid days they come to our car and take whatever time is necessary to discuss lab results and treatments, and have never recommended unnecessary tests."
