Dr. Holly Pietschmann

Holly Pietschmann, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Holly Pietschmann has been practicing small animal medicine for 14 years. She graduated from Western Illinois University in 2002 with a degree in biology and then earned her veterinary degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2006. Her love for animals started at a young age when she discovered she loved caring for her own pets when they were sick. Her professional interests include preventative care, internal medicine, and end-of-life care. In 2018, she completed advanced training from the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy in order to improve her end-of-life care. Helping animals live a long, healthy life and providing them with a peaceful transition into their afterlife is very important to her. Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her family and their cat, Violet.
